Fill it out, and e-mail it back to us as an email attachment.

All e-mail orders will be confirmed for delivery date and time scheduling.

Sandwich & Salad Orders

Please place your order by 2:00pm for next day delivery.

Orders of 35 lunches or more require a 48 hour notice.

There is a 20 lunch minimum for boxed or plattered orders.

Hot Lunch Orders

Please place your order 2 days in advance.

There is a 15 person minimum per entrée ordered.

Cancellations:  Must be made by 4pm the day before delivery or will be subject to a 50% charge.

Payment:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Company checks upon approval.
