All of our Gourmet Salads are prepared to order. If you have any specific needs or requests, please let us know when ordering.

When ordering a "Plattered" lunch, sandwiches can be plattered but All salads must be boxed.


All of our Gourmet Salads come with:
        Your choice of Jicama Coleslaw or Southwestern Potato Salad and
        The Dessert of the week.



Black Pepper Crusted Turkey Salad
Freshly Roasted Turkey Breast is coated in freshly cracked Black peppercorns, Sliced thin and piled high on a bed of spring greens with tomato, onion, seasonal vegetables and our creamy blackened jalapeño dressing.
$8.95 Cascabel Chili Crusted Yellow Fin Tuna
Sushi grade tuna is crusted in our own cascabel chili seasoning mix and then seared quickly over high heat. Served on a bed of spring greens with tomato, onion, seasonal vegetables and our Avocado vinaigrette.

Yucatan Style Shrimp Salad
Large gulf shrimp are marinated in a spicy Yucatan style Mojo, sautéed, then tossed with red and green onion, celery and tossed with a Blackened Habanero, Mango, and Cilantro aioli. Served on a bed of spring greens with tomatoes, onion, seasonal vegetables and our Yucatan mojo vinaigrette.

Fresh seasonal* vegetables, including squash, onions, mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes, are marinated in balsamic Vinegar Lemon juice, Olive Oil and Fresh Herbs. They are Oven Roasted, tossed in a roasted garlic & shallot sauce and served on a bed of spring greens with a balsamic vinaigrette.

House Chicken Salad
Chunks of oven roasted chicken breast are combined with Pecans, cilantro, purple grapes, and tossed in a lime and cayenne pepper aioli. It is served on a bed of spring greens with tomato, onion, seasonal vegetables and our creamy blackened jalapeño dressing.

This refreshing Chicken salad is composed of grilled & sliced chicken breast, onion, celery, spinach, fresh oregano, parsley and lemon juice all tossed in a feta cheese and Greek olive oil aioli and served on a bed of spring greens with tomatoes, onion, seasonal vegetables and our oregano and lemon vinaigrette.

Black Mustard Seed Crusted Salmon Salad
Whole filets of Alaskan salmon are coated in Black Mustard seed, seared over high heat and then roasted in the oven. The filet is then lightly flaked and finished with a horseradish, parsley and caper dijonaise. Served on a bed of spring greens with tomato, onion, seasonal vegetables and our Black mustard seed vinaigrette.
